Thanks for the tip, but mine is already set to No window animations are shown, but they are still there every time I unlock.

You have Beautiful Widgets installed? If so, turn off the animations in there too if you are using Beautiful Home Weather widget.

Remove the clock widget from your home screen. Then add it back... when you do it will ask if you want the animations... uncheck it.

Hmmmm I do have beautiful Widgets installed, so I uninstalled it, still does it. Put up new sense clock widget and unchecked animations when prompted. Still does it.

Got it. It was an option in widget locker to turn HTC animations on or off.

Only way to stop the animations is to use a different clock widget that does not encompass the weather.
