not really, maybe 800 would be, but an extra 110 really isnt too much. often changes in processor speeds less than 300 don't really do much if anything.

i run my phone at 384 max 128 min with icarus and it's still faster than stock.
most of your speed boost comes from power management and task streamlining within the rom. i have seen roms (romulus for one) that actually slow the phone down due to bad task managing.
it doesnt matter how much info the cpu can be pushed to process at once if it has to go through a butt tonne of code to do one thing.
of course i'm new to this phone thing and the last time i played with hardware/software interface was with ailenware systems back in the early 2000's.

Alienwares used to be the shiznit for OCing... Those were top of the line gaming. Until they sold out to DELL, which remarketed the alienwares, in ugly color changing chameleon cases, that are hideous, and the system isn't much better than that...
