Help Delayed texts and "Your Picture Messaging account has been canceled"

Okay, two separate issues that popped up at the same time.

I noticed last night that I wasn't receiving several texts that I was expecting (i.e. Twitter mentions, Facebook comments, etc.). This morning, I turned my phone on and had a flood of text messages appear. I haven't really noticed a delay in texts before, so this was a bit odd. Anyone else experience this?

Second, one of those texts was from the number 9000, saying: "Your Picture Messaging account has been canceled. Login to the website by 04/22/2011 to download your media or call Customer Support to reinstate your account." That just seems weird to me. I've received it once before, earlier this month, and pretty much ignored it. Any idea what this is about?

You might try and call CS and have them reset your account. That seems to solve a lot of problems people are having with the phone.

They already did that a few days ago, to completely fix my no-3G-then-redirect-of-death issue. I doubt they'll want to try that again. Probably wouldn't fix the delays or that odd text, either.

You could try restarting your month, sucks but may need too.
