Help applications start on its own after "forcekill"

When i force quit certain applications they become active on their own after some time.
Is this ok ?? if not what can i do to stop this to happen??

Can you be specific on which app this was happening?

It's more likely for apps which require frequent syncing, like an app about cricket score.
You can disable auto-sync, if such thing exist.
In worst case, uninstall and reinstall again (If at all that app is critical)

Applications that come on, on their own are:
Ciacs (which i downloaded to be able to send business cards (contacts)),
Browser,
LG world,
Wapedia &
Weather
