Has anyone used it out of the US? If so which country?

Spain and Germany. Np problems. In fact I purchase prepaid SIM's and put them in for when I need local calling. When I need Data and US calls I put in the Verizon SIM.
I am using mine in New Zealand on the Telecom XT network and it is mostly OK. it is not as reliable as my previous droid as it does seem to have worse reception in the same areas and falls off the network occasionally, but overall it does work ok, just not great. I haven't tried it on the Vodafone network yet, but might give that a go soon and see how it goes.
UPDATE
Even works better on Vodafone here in NZ
Cenozoite, would you mind telling me your exact setup (ie. Network Mode, GSM Only/UMTS Only/Automatic, and access point names)? Thanks!
all,
Thanks for the feedback. I'm thinking of getting a D2G...as it stands now i have to swap from using my DX back to my Bold 9650..It works great in other countries but i hate having to swap and all that. Usually when i roam internationally i use the phone for data only. Voice is too expensive and its pointless to use the sim card of another carrier. For my voice needs a local calling card in combo with skype on my netbook have been the best solution.
