Accessories Battery from ebay, 2 batteries + Charger for $10.

Is this your first smart phone?

Because they all pretty much get about the same life out of a full charge.

I let mine drain fully about once a week and I average about 1 1/2 days between charges, with moderate usage.

Bought the 2 battery and charger set from a different seller in China on Dec 5th and to my surprise it showed up yesterday. Havent tried the batteries yet but the shipping was way faster then I expected
 
I received my ebay batteries + charger the other day. I've been running the ebay battery in my phone for a day now and it seems ok so far. Incase anyone is curious, this is what the battery looks like vs. the OEM battery.

Might take time to break the ebay batteries in but so far on like only 5 hours of moderate to low use the battery only has 59% left. Long as it works for $10 I guess I should be happy
 
It looks like the original seller isn't a registered user anymore... strange.

There are others to fill the void, but I'm a bit concerned about actually getting the correct batteries - Are all galaxy-S batteries the same? My cousin's Fascinate has the same one as my Cappy but I've heard others are different...

YES! The charge the battery will take is not limited to what the ma rating of the charger is. A charger with lower ma rating will only take longer to fully charge the battery, it does NOT mean it won't charge it full. Matter of fact, using a charger with too high of a ma rating can actually damage the battery by overheating it!

maH is only a measure of electrical charge (think of it as fuel capacity in a car, higher number means more fuel). A 1500maH battery can provide 1 amp of current for 1.5hrs (assuming all things are perfect, of course, and perfection does not exist in the real world). A charger providing 500ma of current will take 3hrs to charge that 1500maH battery (again, all things perfect...).

Sorry for the OT rant, but judging by some of the posts, i really felt this needed clarification.
 
can anyone post a link from ebay to where they brough it from? I searched samsung captivate battery on ebay and got like a thousand and one results, I'd like to buy from a seller someone has bought from already and has good results :) Thanks

Have used mine off and on for a few months and I am happy to have extras but they definitely dont last as long as the battery that came with the phone

i got the exact same ones. 3 batteries plus charger for $11 shipped. great deal. performance just as good as Original Samsung batteries. Only thing is the charger is super slow. takes about 5 hours or more to charge. but i dont mind because i charge it when im sleeping or not in use. 3 battteries! sweet deal!
