Bluetooth ?

My bluetooth connects fine, but my question is for incoming calls. It seems when i receive a call, i have to "unlock" the screen to answer and the call is "answered" but not transferred to my bluetooth (even though it shows connected). If i click the speaker button and choose bluetooth, it transfers. With my other phones its transferred automatically.

Anyone else have this happen? Wondering if it's my specific bluetooth (plantronics) or a setting on the phone somewhere i've missed.

Have you tried answering from the bluetooth device, like pressing the answer button (like on mine I tap the power button quick to answer/end a call I dont answer it from the phone. Maybe since you are answering from the phone it transfers to the phone instead of bluetooth which you would then have to choose bluetooth to transfer it back.

unfortunately i think this is something that will have to be fixed in some sort of update, ive had similar problems. one being if my BT is connected and i attempt to answer call by using touch screen instead of answer button on BT it answers on phone even though its clearly connected with BT.

Im not sure its a bug I have had this happen on other devices if I answer from the phone it bypasses my bluetooth like it sensed since I answered from the phone I dont want to send it through bluetooth. But if I answer from bluetooth (whenever its connected) it always comes through my bluetooth device

Guess that came to mind, but i didn't try it. It worked!

Habits...tough to break! :) Guess i was always was use to viewing the phone to see who's calling and then just tapping it.

Thanks for the quick solution!

No problem, I had to figure it out like 3 phones ago when I was used to answering from my phone and for the life of me couldnt figure out why my bluetooth wasnt picking up, well 2 bluetooths later I finally realized it wasnt a headset problem but how the phone was designed to recognise how I was choosing to answer the call
