Help So my G2x just rebooted itself..

My not only reboot itself, it locks up and won't wake up. New bug.. if I have blueTooth headphone on and answer the phone call without using bluetooth, the phone keep vibrating like incoming call style while I talk the whole time.

I want to take it back to store for exchange. But all the Tmo stores are out of stock.

damn.. this sucks. I might think about doing the same if mine does it again. This was the first time its done that, and iv had the phone for 4 days. =/

Mine just started doing this when i charge it overnight and it will reboot when its fully charged which doesn't make sense. I will most likely exchange it for another but i recommend getting insurance if you plan on keeping this phone for a while. I still love this phone and so far that is my only issue and the video chat thing does not work properly with (tango/qik)

I also have the exact same problem with video chatting too.. I couldn't figure out how to use the front facing camera.

I haven't used Tango, but Qik worked fine for me, at least as far as sending video mail. I don't know what there is to "figure out" about using the front-facing camera; when I went to record a video mail, it turned on the front-facing camera, I talked, ended the recording, and sent it. Nothing to "figure out," as far as I can tell.

There was a problem trying to video chat with someone using an iPhone 4; the versions were incompatible, and it wouldn't allow the connection. However, Qik released updates for both platforms last night, and that works okay now (pretty choppy, i.e., low frame rate, but certainly usable). It would work better with headphones; there's a lot of echo from the G2x end, which makes sense considering that the speaker and microphone are right next to each other. Switching from the front-facing camera to the rear camera and back worked fine, too.

Debating what to do with mine. I bought mine outright from another store so I only have til wednesday to decide if I want to keep it. I only have it reboot once which is ok if its a software issue. I've been playing with my phone about 11 hours 5 out of 7 of the last days and it just happened the first time last night.
Don't know what caused it but when it came back up it downloaded three marketplace updates.

Also while I'm on the phone if I tilt it to the left the screen goes dark sometimes and I have to rewake it back up. It only happens while I am talking on it and I am going through an automated system where I have to press number.

I've had my phone reboot once, but it was most likely due to heavy usage.
and honestly I've been using old hardware for so long, I'm used to it.
I hasn't happened in a few days, so I'm fine with it. Ive also had slow wakeups but they don't bother me.
there are definitely some bad units floating about.

I had to take mine back to T-Mobile and get a new one just because of this. It rebooted once, erased everything once.... eh

Has a fix for this been found? i'm on reboot 2. I use my phone as an alarm. Guess that has to stop now since it just shuts off.

It actually reconnects with wifi when this happens. Not worth the random shut off though.
