Root cannot putcm7 zip on sd card

when i try to drag the zip files into my card it says there write protected. i did the same steps to do cm6 and no prob. what gives?

It is a bug, i read some where that you could fix it but don't remember where. I have a card reader so i have no use for it. Look around the forum, i believe this has already been solved.

i got around that, i flashed back to icarus then it moved right over to my sd card from my comp. i guess you just cant do that with cm6?

You have to enable data storage on your phone when using CM6 so you can move files to the sd card. The best way to do that is after you plug in the phone to the computer, drag your top bar down and press on the USB connected link.

yep its not an auto play like on stock...you have to enable it via the notification bar than auto play will pop up.
