Problem with my weather app??????? help

hey guys my weather app is fine and the location is right, But my weather is wrong and no matter how i go back and forth to my location it shows the temp. under the 30's its been like this for a week, is anyone else having this problem?

Do you have it set to Celsius instead of Fahrenheit?
