Yep.

The thing with buying knock-off tablets like that, is you lose any customer support that you would normally get from a real manufacturer. You lose any tech support, as well as any software/firmware updates.

Oh well - supplying company are give a 12 month warranty, so if i have any issues i can sort it. The company I am buying from has good customer service reviews - but you are right, it is a risk. I guess if i like the tablet format, then i will buy a properly branded tablet as you suggest.

Just checked and they have suppied info to be able to get future software and firmware updates, so we will see.
