Root Looping Problem

I was trying to flash velocity .. i did not read the section on partitioning sd and the problems that one can run into if he/she has the app2sd application.. i rebooted into recovery and attempted to flash the rom .. after installing it from the zip file and rebooting again .. i ended up in an endless loop that starts over halfway through the verizon logo ..i have attempted to restore my backed up rom (backup was done with titanium backup immediatly after rooting).. in addition to this after trying to do the system restore.. my sdcard went blank .. can anyone give me any sort of advice in order to get out of this loop and into my rooted stock os .. thank you to alllll

I would try to hard reset/battery pull while in this "loop", force master clear thru bootload: with device turned off, open keyboard> Press & Hold Volume down key+Home key (upper-right corner of keypad)+END key, Release keys when you see LG logo. Phone will display an Android Robot logo and a icon of a box with an arrow as it its unpacking. After that phone will display Android in silver letters on screen for a few minutes. After those few minutes phone will be reset and will start with phone setup wizard.

If this doesn't get the device out of the "loop" then you may want to try simply reloading the OS...

If that doesn't work... Your warranty is void so you should look into getting a new device thru Insurance, if no insurance on device... You're stuck with it...

what would be the easiest way to reload the os .. ive read sooo many threads to try to fix this so im just wondering your opinion .. and thanks for the reply .. i really appreciate it

Do you have a custom recovery?? You can back up the rom with tibu. And if you dont have a recovery. If you have an older phone you can use fastboot (what now tatted man! Jk i just saw what that other guy posted).
