Help Keyboard issues. Hit the letter, but it doesn't appear

This has been an increasing issue for me over the last month or so. While texting I'll firmly hit a letter, but the phone fails to type it in the text. Really a big pain in the arse...i text and email a bunch.

Anyone else have this issue? What do I do about it?

The same thing happens to my Epic! I would type a letter twice or so and it wouldn't type it or only type it once! Really is annoying &ithink its more samsungs fault and can't be repaired. But I wouldn't know.

This is a well known issue with the Epic.... Happens on mine as well. Happens on a majority of the Epics. The only workaround I know of is to root, flash a rom with a keyboard patch kernel and flash the speed demon keyboard fix.

Pretty silly that this is the only way to fix it. It never used to be like this....

actually just flash impalers keyboard fix on xda.. should solve this
