Root Apps/Ext4 gone after disabling JIT ?

Hi guys, i need a bit of help here...

I was using CMM7 (.18b) since a few days ago and it was working fine until i disabled JIT and rebooted the phone... now all the Apps i had in the ext4 partition are "gone"... i tried enabling JIT again and rebooted the phone again but nothing happened...

Is there anything i can do to recover them?

Strange, I have been enabling and disabling JIT before and nothing happened with my ext4 partition.

Did you make a Nandroid backup?
