Help Ringers and Alerts

I searched for this topic before i decided to start this thread and i couldnt find the answer i was looking for or else i didnt enter the right search parameters.

When i go to bed i use my phone as my back-up alarm clock. During the night i get frustrated when i get woken up to the sound of a text coming in or a random phone call. Is there a setting or app that will allow my phone to silence all incoming texts and calls but allow my phones alarm clock to keep the audible ringer?

Thanks,
Kevin

Change the sound profile to silent or vibrate.

AlarmDroid allows you to turn your ringer off and still have the alarm play at whatever level you specifiy (ie 50% of volume or 100%) user selected.

Question? I find it interesting you suggest this, but I wonder why, when the device can do these things without an additional app?

I figured it had to be that easy. At least i didnt need an APP for that....even though there is one. Guess next time i shouldnt be so scared to tinker with my phone in fear of F'n something up.

Thanks,
Kevin
