Help Music in text messages

Hi I was wondering how do I make a text message with a clip of music to send via texting to someone?

I have the same concerned as well, the only difference is that I'm using an Evo 3D. The option of attaching pics/videos & music are there, but selecting music gives an error message saying, you cannot attached file to message. Is this possible or not? Is there something I'm missing?

if you go into the my files app. just find the file and long press. it will give you the option to share... hope it helps

Download Handcent to send music files, but you can't send the whole song. You can send seconds of that song to someone.
