Accessories Camera Lens Cover Cracked!

My camera lens cover seems to have a hairline scratch. I have looked at a few threads with similar issues but they are a few months old. Can we buy this part seperately?
 
I know you can get the part from HTC, but i do not know how much. I researched the web for it and im not finding a solid link to provide you. Perhaps you can find a damaged HTC Incredible on eBay for a good price and just gut it for parts. Just a thought.

I think people have used Dummy units from eBay.
 
I read somewhere on an HTC forum that the dummy units do not have the same materials. So, just make sure you are aware of what you are getting.
 
Was there not a place where you could buy the concept red back cover and that cover included a camera lens ???
 
I don't know for certain, sorry I didn't post it for you sooner, maybe send them an email. There is someone here on thre forum with a thread that replaced the lens cover with a dummy phone part, a search should turn it up. Be careful prying it off, the part can bend easily.
 
Alright, trying to cancel the dummy phone but looking into getting the bezel hopefully it has A lens and not just the bezel.
 
Alright so the bezel on that site doesn't include the plastic piece on top of the bezel. Also the dummy phone didn't have the proper piece so stay away from them! I bought one and just wasted my money...
 
I wish I saw this and could have saved you from buying a dummy phone.. oh well! lesson learned right! everything happens for a reason, and I hope you get your Incredible back in one piece!
 
I know this was asked back in october but it says it comes with a plastic lens cover on the website. I am ordering two now as mine just cracked yesterday.
 
any word on how the replacement bevels are.... they good quality and can you remove or replace it with out having to open the phone (void the warranty)
 
The website mentioned in an earlier post now has a 5 qty minimum. I have found it on ebay, but the seller is in Hong Kong. Any new advice?
