Help Xoom and Linux (Fedora 15)

Hi

I am connecting the Xoom (Wifi only) to my Linux Fedora 15 system.
The tablet is not recognized as USB drive!
Why? It does with Windows 7.
On the other side my Nexus S (Android 2.3) is recognized by Linux.

[ 1324.126043] usb 2-1: new high speed USB device using ehci_hcd and address 2
[ 1324.255238] usb 2-1: New USB device found, idVendor=18d1, idProduct=70a8
[ 1324.255241] usb 2-1: New USB device strings: Mfr=1, Product=2, SerialNumber=3
[ 1324.255244] usb 2-1: Product: MZ604
[ 1324.255247] usb 2-1: Manufacturer: Motorola
[ 1324.255249] usb 2-1: SerialNumber: 1700618841c0a3d7

Do I need a driver on Linux or does an apk exist for the tablet?

Any help or idea would be appreciated!

Do you think that if you got this to work with the linux system that you would be able to transfer files from a DVR to your xoom to view later? And once that is done, could the video files be sent to the windows computer from there....

thanks
