What is my Droid X worth?

I have a droid x that I have had for about 6 months. There is one crack in the screen that is about an inch and half long but everything works great on it. What do you guys think it is worth if I was to sell it? Thanks
 
I am not vary experienced at selling stuff, but if I were the consumer I would see if the screen could be repaired, because I don't by damaged goods.

But for a price I would say..... New retail is $400ish, used on ebay is $239, plus crack $150ish??? So around $100 difference.

Lol that's just my rough estimate. Plus I don't know if they can be repaired. Might look it up.
 
I dont know man, but $150 is a little high for me, I bought my X for $200 came with 3 screen protectors, usb cord, car charger, wall charger, 16gb sd, and the Otter Box Defender for $200, and it is only 6 months old, so at least for me $150 is way too much, plus to fix it is like $100 dollars.

i would give you 50$ for it. Seriously if you sell that phone which is a year old technology wise with a cracked screen for 100 or more then you really suckered someone.
 
that sux. ...do you have insurance on it? it would cost you 89$ i think to use the insurance to replace it. ....but at least it would take care of the screen....what device are you swapping to?

I do have insurance but I don't want to spend the money to get another droid x because I was not a fan of it. I am swapping to the Thunderbolt
 
Just an idea, if you could replace it for $89 and then sell it for $200 I think you would come out further ahead then trying to sell one with a cracked screen. I would try and find a buyer first and then get the replacement. Just what my thoughts would be.
 
The average price for Droid X's on my local craigslist is just under $200. Prices ranged from $175 to $250, average to above average condition. Seems like you might want to seek $150 but be open to lower offers. In the end, $100 might been deemed "fair" by others. Let's face it, people can buy one that's not broken in the $200 range.

They disable the ESN on the old phone if you get a replacement. Sounds like you'd be up to accusations of fraud if you sold it that way.

I think he's saying to sell the replacement when he gets it. Not sell the one with the cracked screen.
 
Correct, replace the broken phone so you can sell the replacement for more money. You have to send the broken phone in to insurance or pay full price for a new one.
 
Not to mention I think you're shy on your measurement of the crack for what that's worth, that's a reallllllly loooooong inch and a half...

I've seen new droidx screens on Fleabay recently for about $55.

From the pics looks like just the digitizer glass broken...not the actual screen. U can get a replacement from amazon for around $40(prob. find it cheaper else where but didnt look) and then follow diy tutorial to replace it.
