Help camera and camcorder application does not working on desire

Hi all

Suddenly, Camera for android version 3.00.0001.27073 started not to work on htc desire s ( only seen black screen ) and it also deteriorates other camera based application like mirror and camcorder. After the restart, mirror application works fine but opening camera ruins mirror application again. Factory data reset did not solve the issue, what should i do? Do you have an idea?

I have a similar problem except my camera is working, when I try to shoot video the symptoms are the same as above...
