I rooted my phone and deleted google talk and now I can't download apps how do I fix it? I installed all the apps needed for google talk to work but now the problem is it keeps crashing. Thank you in advance.

Why is this not working for me? What am I suppose to do with the folder I cant open it with winrar or 7 zip what do I do with it? As you can tell im new to this and I would really appreciate help from anyone.
