How do I set what time the phone will get Email so it stops waking me up at night? I had the Htc inspire and could do that is there a way on the Atrix? Would like it to go from say 8am to 8pm peak times every hour and off peak do it manulay.

Go into the e-mail app. and set up a schedule update frequency. You can set up a custom battery profile that turns the data off during certain hours. I use an app called "Volume Control", that I can set up to three profiles, with different settings for Media, Notifications, System, alarm and ringer vol. I have one set for bedtime, so when I do receive a notification, my phone is silent, but I can still hear the phone ring, if I get a call.
