Help After activating phone, NOTHING works. Please HELP!

I just activated & ported my old number to my new (not used) HTC Droid Incredible 2.
NOTHING on it works except the internet and ONLY on Wi-Fi. If someone calls me, it goes straight to voicemail. No texts, no calls, no e-mails, no apps, nothing but the internet through wi-fi.
My wife has the exact same phone, & she activated & ported hers just fine. Mine is the problem now. i've tried restarting the phone and NOTHING! Please help!
Any suggestions??
 
Yep, head to Verizon. During the initial activation (while having to listen to that annoying music) the phone should have been programmed with all the information it needs to operate. After the activation did the phone reboot itself? After the phone gets activated it should reboot and then be good to go from there.
 
Thanks guys. Yup, it was Verizon's mess. Apparently, when the phone was activated, it never finished the activation. I gave them a call, and all I had to do was re-activate the phone, it reset again, and everything worked fine. It was a communication error with their network.
All's well :)

Good to hear everything is working. I am picking up my new DINC2 in about an hour....
