Root Custom ROM and Sense on Thunderbolt

I currently have BAMF's 1.7 Remix installed on my Thunderbolt, but I miss a few of the things in stock. Is there another ROM that uses a newer version of Sense than BAMF 1.7? I'm assuming the 1.7 is the version of Sense?! and the Thunderbolt was a Sense 2.0 device? Sorry I'm new to this, so slightly confused.

Pretty much the only thing I'm missing is the app scrolling at the top of the notification pull down, instead of having the power options up there. I just felt as if it looked sharper with my recently opened apps, than the power bar.

Edit: PS: how do you do this?
Patch For 1.7 Rosie (Please install this via clockwork after flashing the ROM above): DOWNLOAD

If you need your recently used apps, just hold down the home button till it vibrates a second time. Itll pop up with a new screen and thatll be your last eight used apps.

Yeah I know about that, it just felt a bit more slick the way Sense did it in the menu.. it's all good though, BAMF kicks the crap out of stock sense anyways, if nothing more than the fact that my phone doesn't restart anymore, and my phone is faster and has better battery! :D

Also, there is a new patch for Rosie, and I've never done an update before so I'm not 100% sure how to do it cause there isn't any instructions on xda's subject. Do I just install it like a ROM, and it wont overwrite 1.7 remix?

Couldnt tell you, I stay away from BAMF. lol. Stock sense just sucks and almost any rom kicks the crap out of it.

For this, download that file and place it on your SD card. Then, put your phone back into 'charge only' and boot into clockwork recovery. From there you choose to install a .zip from the sd card -> navigate to the file -> and install it.

And for your ROM question, I personally have used bamf remix 1.7 (same as you) and I'm currently on gingerth3ory. So far, I prefer the bamf remix. Next I'll probably try something senseless..not sure what yet though

What ROM do you use? (Trying to get a list of "ROMS to try") haha

Before I sent my bolt in for repairs I was still rollin the Senseless Airborne I tested out Theory of Candy as well by Droid Theory. Both were awesome roms. Ive yet to really find anything better though. When I get my phone back Ill be jumping into Virus' Synergy.
