Anybody else that is an Everything Plus Referall member and an SP member getting screwed? I go to the link to upgrade and it redirects me to telesales or the Everything plus site. It is not on the site!:mad:

It is possible that the Everything Plus Referral program isn't eligible for this pre order.
 
Im so ****ing pissed right now...stayed up because sprint can't keep their links for sp members only to get some dumb ass error message.

Im going to try and get some sleep...feel sorry for whoever I speak with at sprint

Hi, this is Deb from Premier Team. So here's what I've found regarding ordering/shipping/receipt of devices when ordered online:
- We always use Overnight Shipping for devices purchased online.
- In general, devices purchased before 4 p.m. EASTERN meet the deadline for shipping same night for next day receipt.
- There is a risk that if the volume of orders is exceedingly high for the day, the order may not process that same day. Once it does process, the device ships overnight.
I, personally, have not heard of any order processing delays happening with any of our previous online Premier First to Buys. However, if online demand exceeds daily order processing capacity, I wanted to make sure you were aware of the potential delay.
The good news is that no one else besides Premier can order online until after the phone is launched to the public. I wish I could guarantee all orders will be processed same day, but I don't know what to expect regarding demand.

Really cause I didn't see a link. But it doesn't show I'm due for an upgrade so they would bill me the whole price right? But I am returning my EVO wed to get my 150 back and my upgrade back. I'm afraid something would get messed up on my account so I better wait. Cause I sold back my EVO too soon and used my upgrade to rebuy another one and I have 30 days to return and this past Sunday was 2 weeks. I planned on returning it on Wed and getting the EVO at my store on Fri. But I guess I better wait. I'm afraid something would get messed up on my account and it's not worth it over 2 days..

But I hope all you people really get it on Wed and the the 3 reps I talked to were wrong when they said everyone was getting it on the 24th on release day. Good Luck! Let us know how you like it.

I check my order on the order status page and I see this.

I'm not a SP member, so I won't if they'll cancel the order.....
 
they wont cancel the order. just call them at 8am central time.

The question I'll ask you is this....I'm not sure if I'll have any time in the morning to make that call. I have a couple early morning functions I have to attend unfortunately.....so...

Does my order get held up until then?...

I have gotten that before. It was a problem with the Shipping Address not being verified. I called them in the AM but got an email notification to call them anyway. They should hold your order.

Not in normal shop for phone section of online store went to community section and top post is post from Sprint regarding the preorder clicked on link in that post took me to a page I could order phone from. Done and done. You need to be logged in to your account Obviously. Fairly simple but not sticking right out in your face.. Good luck to those having Issues. Off to bed lol

Sorry I am stupid I wasn't logged in and I thought I was. I found it now but it's telling me I have to pay 549.99 so I better wait and return my EVO and make sure I get my upgrade back. I guess I could add a line then cancel it just to see if I get it on Wed LOL! But it's not worth it over 2 days I guess.. And if I didn't get it on Wed then it would of really been a waste. I guess I'll just wait it out and be all jealous if you do get the phone early.

Dammit...I screwed around and it didn't accept my info and finally it stuck....and I am not even sure I want this phone!!!!.....hahaha!!!! Oh well....I love my current EVO and I ordered this one strictly on my love of HTC and their dedication to their customers. The Photon piques my interest something fierce since I travel....but....I am still an HTC customer!!!!
 
Sprint offers $150 dollars account credit online through their buyback program for those trying to offload your EVO 4G. The price is good for 45 days once you submit the request so you can lock in the price.

Stay on it dude....it will!!! Also, if you go through the main website and just sign in and go to "Upgrade" or something like that you will get in that way. That is what happened with me. I got the eroor messages thru Chrome and then just logged onto the main site....it knows you are an SP customer and just go through the steps....good luck!!!
 
You made the right choice? It's going to be an awesome phone. Now I'm jealous that I sold my EVO back to Sprint and used my upgrade for another one cause now I have to wait. I can't order now cause it shows I would have to pay full price. I am returning my phone Wed for sure to make sure I get everything back on my account. I am excited for all you people though. Camping out to get your preorders in I thought that was a funny way of saying it!
