That's one best left to the other LG phone owners as changing shortcuts in the dock bar is handled by the default launcher. I don't know what LG uses or if they permit changing those shortcuts.

If they don't you could always use an alternate launcher like ADW, Go or LauncherPro.

is that applications?

sorry about the wrong section, im new here :P btw, i though it was the same for all androids to change that icons on dockbar :P so, not a LG problem :P

i dont want to change my theme, i just wanna replace the standart messages app for the one im using now :)

Nope, every launcher has that option in a different location. I have an HTC Phone running ADW and a Samsung with TouchWiz and LauncherPro so I can't tell you what LG's options are. Hopefully someone will chime in and give you directions.

cool, so, if someone with a LG could help me changing it without change my theme :P
i also have another question, how can i change my default programs? like quickpic for photos, handset for sms, etc etc... ?

I figured this out by mistake. Go to applications and menu > manage. The dock follows you there, but becomes manageable -- just drag apps into the dock. You only get three, though.
