Every time that I try to unlock the phone it ends up sensing my finger late and then trys to pull a quick launch item down. I've been noticing this more and more in the week that I've had this phone. Any ideas?

The rest of it is just fine. But it can sometimes take me a few tries. Is widgetlocker available for this Philippine and does it work?
How long have you owned the phone and how fast are you swiping? Theres been multiple reports about this happening on fast swipes after the first week and a quick battery pull and reboot usually corrects it for a little while. Theres a whole bunch of youtube vids about it and supposedly an OTA from HTC should get that fixed.

I've only battery pulled once. I have had about a week and half, ill try it again. I swipe very fast btw.

a battery pulled work on mine as well but also found out that 360 dash board app was fighting with the LS might wanna check on your last app DL as well that was the final fix to my issue

Basically, see what app you downloaded around the start of the problem. Uninstall the last app you downloaded and keep removing one app at a time till you narrow it down to one(or several) apps that are not agreeing with Sense. For instance, some people are saying that Launcher Pro is having issues with Sense and causing some random reboots and some other problems
