turn off swype keyboard and voice options?

is there anyway to turn off the swype keyboard and the input voice button on my keyboard while I'm typing in text messages? Sometimes I accidentally hit the voice button and it just gets annoying. And whenever I type to fast it thinks I'm using swype so I can only type upto a certain speed.

1. long press in the txt field
2. Select Input Methood
3. Select android keyboard

how do i make my memory writtable when ever i put it in my comp i cant copy stuff on it ! !
