To replace or not to replace

I currently own a debranded Sony Ericsson X10. I have enjoyed the phone very much. It was/is my first android device. I am in the Samsung Infuse forum due to a $49 upgrade option for said phone. The X10 I understand is getting Gingerbread the first part of August. Sale me on the Samsung if you dare! You can downloaded out of market apps, 1.2G processor, huge, amazing screen. The only draw back I can see is the physical size.
What do you think, thanks.

The Samsung Infuse is a great phone. The size of this phone is not all that bad if you have actually held it. I am still growing, but even for a kid like me it is not really a challenge to use it (just takes getting used to). The size of the phone is actually great, making me like it more then any others. It makes my friends with their EVO's very jealous! It is very thin making up for its width and height, and the phone is super light too. It is personal preference though, all up to you.

I bought this half on impulse and half on the tech specs of the phone having never seen it in person or handled it. I personally love the thing, but she is a power hungry device. I have tweaked the thing so that the standby time is very good but unfortunately the gigantic scree sucks the battery down like crazy I get about 4.5-5 hrs of active use with the screen on at a lower brightness setting. Streaming audio I can get around 10-12hrs. The moral of the story is buy a car charger and a spare charger for work or school.

The negatives aside this phone has the most beautiful screen I've ever seen and in my opinion is well worth the somewhat brief battery life.

great phone...but wait for the attain.

battery life is better after tweaking a bit
