Help SGS2 hissing sound on calls

I've had my SGS2 for 3 days and everyone that I've spoken to has said that there is a "hissing" sound each time they call me. And since they pointed it out I also hear the hissing sound from my end too.

Is there any reports of this and whether it is a common issue is there a fix? Should I be taking my phone back to my carrier?

Oh i should probably add as well that my mum and friend got a SGS2 at the same time and we are all having the same problem

Are you guys all on the same carrier? It could be network related. My one doesn't have this problem and I get called every day and have a talk time of 1 hour average per day. If you guys are on different networks I suggest you return your phone.

We're all on the same network and the sound is heard on both ends on all three of our phones when calling eachother

So we have isolated it to an issue with our network carrier.

I tried a sim from another carrier in my SGS2 and called the other SGS2s and the call was crystal clear.

I just don't understand how its just our network having thse issues with this phone?? But if I put my SIM back into my HTC Desire and call the SGS2's the calls are crystal clear. Sooo confused ...
