My a500 is almost built to get me fired

I use my a500 as a mp3 player more than anything else I find. Has anyone else noticed that if you plug your earphones into the a500 while it's asleep you don't get the headphone icon at the bottom right notification area, on top of that it plays out the earphone and the media speakers as well? Kinda embarrassing if you don't notice in time. The office doesn't seem to share my love for gothic rock.

Funny you should say that. I also listen to Goth and and my wife and daughter think its just mid life. I could care less but I had the same thing going on. Now I just make sure before I put on my headphones. Its like they need to be plugged in twice to take.

Yeah it makes me rather paranoid at times, I end up checking every 30 minutes or so.
