Help My Desire Apps

Hi all

first time poster here, i spent a lot of time browsing the internet looking for my answer and thought it would be quicker to register and ask myself.

My HTC Desire i have is brilliant but some apps wont install on my phone, i am using the Amazon app market for example to get:
My pet zombie, Sporcle, Jamies 20 minute meals, Whack Zombies and Winnie the pooh puzzles.

After purchasing and downloading i click install, instantly i get:
/!\Application not installed

This is the same with .apk's off the laptop

I have deleted all messages from my phone, emptied caches, and moved everything that can to my SD card.

Any thoughts or theories appreciated, cheers

Hi yes it is, i have installed many apps, its so far just these ones which don't want to play

Do you have enough internal storage space?
Have you tried to install these apps (if possible) from Market?

Android app market:
Whack Zombie
/!\ Couldnt install on USB storage or SD card.
3gb space left on SD and internal is 49.81MB

Sounds like the stuck smdl2tmp1 file issue.
