I finally decided to root my Nexus S 4g. I went with cm7 (shabby's sorta one click root!) and I am loving it. I have ran into one problem though. When I lose service, it does not come back until I power off and restart my phone. Anything I can do to fix this?? I am a noob, so sorry if this is a dumb question. I modded my PSP for years, but this is my first experience rooting a phone (although I have been lurking in root forums for about a year).

Have you tried putting it in airplane mode for a few seconds?
Yeah, the only way I have found to pull it out of "no service" is to reboot. It happens about 3 times a day.
