Root Battery Icon Dropping By 20%

So I'm currently on Stock .596. I used jRummy's Rom Toolbox to change my battery icon to the white circular icon used in the Revolution theme. Only problem is, the icon drops by 20% where as if I check the phone stats, the phone has really only dropped 10%. Any suggestions?

Could be a few things. Decompile the framework-res.apk and check if:
1. All the necessary image files are present.
2. That the battery xml files are correct.
