Help Just got my phone replaced, issues with it already.

I was having issues with the micro usb port on my phone so I went to Verizon and I was still under warranty so they sent me a knew one.

The new phone came and the vibrate is super weak, it can barley be felt, and the illuminated buttons on the bottem are seemingly miss aligned and you can see both the portrait and landscape orientations of the buttons at the same time.

None of this is critical to the phones functions but I worry it might be some other problem later. Do I take the phone back to Verizon again and see if they will do anything?

yes i say YES why should you deal with that you bought a phone to work with all functions and that fuction aint working or at least right

Hell yes! Half the time, the reps at the store are clueless anyways. You paid for it; you should be able to enjoy it without hassle!

I love the Inc2 but I have had to go through some replacements. I'm on my 4th phone now and its great! All of my issues were speaker related but I have noticed slight variations in the fit and finish between phones.

I suppose this can be expected when they being produced in such numbers.

Just got back from the Verizon store, new phone is on its way, I hope this is the last time. While I never got any problems from the Verizon people this is kind of a hassle to have to keep doing this.

Verizon just overnighted me a new Inc2 because my first one crashed and burned...literally. Anyway, I notice that the vibrate is much weaker on this phone than on my last too..just saying.
