Can one use 3 pin headphones in the G2s 4 pin Jack safely?
Many times I forget to bring my headphones to work,
but do have a standard 3 pin there.
Does the FM radio work with 3 pin phones?
If you mean 3 bands that exist on a standard stereo headphone set, vs the 4 bands that are on the supplied set that has a microphone also.... then yes. You can use any standard stereo headphones with a 3.5mm jack. I have myself while trying to get better quality sound.
The Square dongle works great on the OG Evo 4G, since the 4th pin in the headphone jack is a data pin. What I don't know is if that is a universal industry stardard, or maybe something that just some companies, like HTC, incorporate into their design.
