Difference in battery... 1500mAh

Well you can do the math and figure the % increase in available current per unit time.

However, the discharge characteristics of all devices are not created equal and the voltage and current values over time may be significantly different between the products.

Then also, I imagine there is some form of distribution to the population of batteries... and so you hope it will be as good or better than the battery it replaces, but with values so close, it's extremely hard to say.

And let us not forget, that how the device's performance degrades over time after repeated cycling... comparing them up in the real world becomes more and more difficult.

All things equal more mAh suggests a longer running time, but it could be seconds or minutes as a previous poster mentioned; it's really hard to predict.
