Root [ROM] PunkROM - [OP] Updated 9/25 2:45am EST

When i get a message or date doesnt show up on the taskbar because the text is still black also on the lock screen only the background of the colors are dark when you slide it looks sorta brighter if you know what i mean just some ideas on what to fix but ovarall i love the theme !
 
So I've been using this rom for a while and I noticed that a lot of applications force close on me especially Google +. I've tried installing it from a stock nandroid backup and it still force closes a lot of stuff.
 
This rom isn't booting for me either. :/

Tried it w/ Umph, Umph Oddball, and Stock, all it did was bootloop.

Data, cache, and dalvik were all wiped in between flashing.

Don't know what's wrong, was seriously looking forward to the stock GB look.

Sorry dude i forgot an XML edit, i'll fix it and re-upload tonight with more tweaks

strange i had problems with google+ as well but i thought it was the app so i will work more on this tonight and try to have the problem resolved by early evening w/ a re-uplaod.
 
sweet! im waiting till tonight to flash.... also, punkmax, you might want to post some instalation instructions. so that everyone can install the same way. (solving alot of the "this didnt boot for me" problems) :D
 
lovin the rom, but as poler166 stated the notification bar's text is still black and every time a notification comes in you can't see what it says because the text for notifixcation is still set to black, everything else seems to be working awesome.

Did you notice the lock sliders ? like the background of the icon for like unlock is dark and when you slide it its like brighter .... iill try to post a picture:confused:
 
i also posted in your black sock-ish rom post to see if you could include the launcher from this rom in that rom as the standard android launcher that is in that rom always seems to load in the background and it has to be shut down on every boot i've noticed. just saying. thanks for the great work!

EDIT: I know it's the gingerbread launcher but if you use a different launcher like ADW (like I do) then on boot i noticed the system asks before starting the gingerbread launcher if you want to use ADW as default or standard launcher (the black stock-ish rom doesn't ask this because my guess is it uses the standard froyo launcher).... when i did ADW as default on this rom the gingerbread launcher never loaded so maybe if you could post say a third download file for each color under the black stock-ish rom post im sure people like me who use a third party launcher would be much appreciated...

Have you fixed the Google + force close issue? It's really the only thing holding me back from using this rom. Still using the black theme rom and I love it.

Google+ seems to work fine now (it wasn't working for me before either) i just installed it on the new build and it seems to run with no more FC's. So the Framework & services rebuild must have worked. :D (im happy to have g+ back too)

first of all i love your themes and you active on you problems and mistakes thats awsome! but this is only my opinion but do you think the 3G signal, Bars, wifi lime green instead of grey this is not going to stop me from using your theme but i just thought i would look cool

I like it that definitely sounds like something I'd also like to see. So expect it soon thanks for all the support.
