Can't unpair EVO 3D from car [Resolved]

Hey,

Just got a 2011 Maxima SV and hooked my evo 3d up to the bluetooth very easily. A few days ago my 3d images were not coming in 3D anymore and just came up blurry. I did a phone reset, which erased all my apps and naturally my bluetooth set up. I get in the car, delete the old references to my phone since the phone wasn't hooking up with the car anymore. I see my phone still says the car's name and "Paired but not connected". I hold down the car name, only the unpair option comes up. I click unpair and nothing happens. I restart my phone and the car, same result. I rename the car's BT, scan for devices and my evo picks up the new car's name and same problem continue. Help please.

battery pull? restart bluetooth radio?

After you try a battery pull, make sure your car is completely off. I don't know how Nissan does it, but if it's like my Camaro, you need to crack the driver's door open with the key out to get the radio to fully shut off. The link won't be fully broken unless both are off. Then, with the car fully off, you could try deleting the link. Or try deleting the link in your house with the car off (no remote starting or anything like that).

I don't know what the problem was, so I downloaded Bluetooth file transfer from marketplace and was able to unpair it through that app. I saw that my car's name was stuck in the cache. I then deleted it from there and was able to connect my phone. Thanks to all who replied to this post.
