Help New style market

Have any of you got the new style tile market on you DHD, without downloading the leaked apk?

Has the update been released anywhere other than the USA/Canada?
 
Not got it on mine (unbranded). My sis has it on her Galaxy S (branded) but her OH doesn't on his (same branded as hers).
 
I've gone back and forth between the old and the new thanks to being on custom roms, but it's only ever updated it's self when I've gone to Settings > Applications, found the market and cleared it's data and cache.
 
Which one is the new one? The square, grey-looking one or the curvy-light green one? I assume it's the grey one because I've got that on cm7/O2X, but had the curvy one on my DHD before it died.
 
I got my phone in March, I'm on Orange, I rooted my phone a month after I got it and I am running CyanogenMod 7... literally JUST got the new market through when I turned my phone on...

The square grey one is the newest design yeah.
 
Literally logged in to come here and ask about it. Its been a while now i'm surprised Google haven't gone for a release yet. Does anyone know what's taking so long?

Could this me something they are including in Ice cream? Seems likely tbh since its got exactly going to be new feature heavy, just an integration with Honeycomb.
