Officially from Motorola? No one knows. Look at how many older phones are getting GB. We won't know for sure until Motorola says so. And, honestly, they will not announce plans for that until after they start selling new phones with it on it. Think about it like this. How many people would wait about buying a new phone with ICS on it if they knew their phone was going to get it?
I have a feeling that they will.
As for Unofficially, I'm sure there will be guys over at XDA building custom ROM's for the Atrix based off ICS.
