Help Bionic OFFICIAL bug fix in November!

i just got off the phone with verizon and the tech said her supervisor has the phone and has no issues. i get the whole shut off issue. she also said the moto rep was there and did a software update. and mine shows i have a update needed. so perhaps they are working on a release and testing verizon people first.

As long as everyone keep dropping what there doing and buying not ready for release phones, the companies know it no big deal. Quality insurance doesnt matter because there is the "gotta have the newest crowd no matter what"
"I cant go to Cosco, cause I'm in school, but my dad will go get me one!"
Why cant people wait a week and read the forums and then see the problems, then make a informed decision...lol
Glad I waited.

If you want a perfect smart phone, you'll wait until...infinity and beyond.

I couldn't agree with you more. EVERY phone has issues when they are first released. If you don't have any tolerance for dealing with the bugs that go along with being on the bleeding edge, then wait until the first update comes out before you purchase.

Of course people get frustrated when their product has issues and it's great to discuss those issues in order to help document and fix the problem. But to expect it to be perfect on the first release is just flat out unrealistic.

Yep, and even after a month or two, cell phones continue to not be "perfect". Every single phone (even the well regarded SG2, or [ugh], the iPhone) has issues well beyond it's release.
