So yesterday I went to 3 stores here in Texas and all have confirmed that no Galaxy S2 is being shipped to the stores (in Texas & California at least) and that customers are forced to buy it online. They couldn't even order it in the store. I went online and there are issues with rebates ordering it online; you can get it for $299 but not $199 because the $100 rebate disappears after selecting a data plan. I've been on the phone with customer support for the past 1.5 hours trying to get this resolved. Un-f*king believable. I got the first rep to finally find the phone in his system. He had to go get a manager in order to add the rebate back on. He told me there would be an e-mail with a Terms & Conditions link to click and accept. I got the e-mail, went to the link to input my phone, e-mail, and billing zip code for verification and it errors out saying "TC009: Did not find a pending request." I called up customer support again, on hold for 15 minutes, then I get someone who immediately says, "I'm apologize but my system is current down being updated but I can assist with general questions." Who the freak updates their system in the middle of the work day and who lets these people still accept calls??? Unbelievable... Horrible AT&T customer service with this phone; it seems like I'm the first one to order it online since no one seems to know what they're doing.
