Hi all,

i use oxygen rom on my htc desire
on the contacts, it shows both sim card and phone contact(which means duplicate entries)

is there a way that i can choose to display only on phone contacts?

Yes, you can filter these out.
1. Launch the "People" app
2. Press the "menu" button
3. Choose "View" from the menu that scrolls up from the bottom of the screen
4. Under "Options", make sure only 'Phone' is selected. unselect all others.

He doesn't have people, he is on Oxygen AOSP rom. People is only in HTC sense based roms.
