Root Screen won't rotate

Yeah... My screen will not rotate with ANY apps anymore. It rotates just fine with whatever launcher I use, it will not rotate for any app at all...

Rotation is enabled in settings... any ideas?

I forgot to mention I already had that app installed from some time ago. I checked it, all rotations are enabled.

It's the weirdest thing, rotation works just fine on my home screen, no matter what launcher is running. No app will rotate, the apps that ONLY work in landscape still do landscape, but any app the allows rotation is stuck in portrait...

Sometime between last night and today, didn't do any texting or web browsing last night so I wouldn't have noticed. I haven't installed any apps in days, a week maybe. I tried rebooting. I guess I am gonna try and clear dalvik, I really don't want to flash again until someone updates a new rom...

I want to figure out what caused it. It's not that small of a bug, it took my perfectly working phone and made it a useless pos. I know I can wipe everything and it'll go away, I would rather figure out the problem and fix it.
 
So I was going to wipe dalvik, I pick up my phone and all the sudden screen rotation is working again.

Now I have the forever long lag turning on the screen... WTF lol
