Now I don't know what to do. Dammit I don't want to be tempted to buy this device before the Prime comes out!

yeah, the Panda said the screen is much better than the Bionic - not as crisp as a retina display, but still much better overall.
if the RAZR drops before (or around the same time) as the Nexus, which one you getting?? (i promise not to tell ck...)
Honestly, I will probably take a hard look at the RAZR running a movie. If it looks great, I don't know. . . .I'll be tempted for sure. But I gotta think that by the time it actually physically releases, we'll have an excellent idea of what to expect from Prime. So I'll know for sure by then.
What about you?

Panda is going to become one Sad Panda if he's feeding us BS these last few weeks

What the frak's going on around here? I'd think the RAZR would have its own following. This looks like just a guest bedroom in the Prime thread's house.

in the video, we can see an actual razor blade, as well as a kevlar vest, and a diamond (for the "diamond cut spun chrome" look) - all hints about the phone. also, at about :18 or :19 on the video (after it says "smarter"), the number 42 pops up. that has to mean something, doesn't it??
. . . .
I'm quite surprised that Moto would put out their next flagship only a few months after Bionic. I feel so bad for Bionic folks.
Yeah, I wondered about the 42 as well! What does that mean?
I know, me too. And for Steven's source to say that Verizon knew it was crappy but released it anyway due to "contractual obligations" makes me respect them much, much less. But it rings true.

I am really looking forward to this announcement. It seems like the hardware I have been waiting for. The Bionic would be a huge upgrade for me, but I felt like $300 would seem like a lot to have paid for the phone a few months later. Here we are with the Prime and the Spyder/Razr coming out soon and I feel vindicated for waiting.
I am interested in the Prime like many here for the ICS. However, as petty as it may seem, I assume there will be no notification light and no user replaceable/removable battery. Those two things are just too easy to include to allow them not to be included IMO. Moreso on the notification LED.
Ive seen the battery but I havent noticed the LED on the razr. Does one exist that we know of? I am making some assumptions on the Prime based on the manufacturer.
Where did you get that Prime will have non-removable battery?

someone answered it for me over at HoFo - it's from the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, and supposedly is the key to the meaning of life. in other words, just some random, esoteric stuff thrown in there to mess with us...![]()
