Help Lagging home screen

After rooting and updating, my homescreen have started lagging and sliding "unsmoothly". It doesnt handle any widgets without beeing laggy.

Is my only option to only have one homescreen if i dont like lag?

SOLVED!

Resetted TWlauncher and then everything went back to normal

Actually.. Since im already talking to myself.. The analoge clock widget that came with the phone was the cause for the lag..
