Root [CDMA] fixing permissions in twrp recovery

i know you can go into rom manager and fix permissions if you're running clockwork. but is there a way to do it through twrp's recovery? i tried the "fix_permissions" in my terminal and it was a no go.

i'm still on 1.0.1 and there isn't that option.

It's there in the newest (1.1?). I could have sworn it was in an older edition.
