Please Help. When I first got my phone I was able to access the phone's on board memory and the memory card when I selected the USB mass storage mode on the phone. Now I can't get access to the phone memory with my computer. Also when I leave it connected to the computer the connection keeps resetting and starting over. I have tried the usual power down, battery pull and restarting the computer but nothing has worked. Thanks for the help.

Sounds too me like a loose connection somewhere. You tried other USB ports? Try the ones in the rear of the computer the ones that are mounted directly on the motherboard not the front ones. It could be a bad port or a bad USB wire.
I have used the same cord and same USB port with my xoom and droid incredible with no problems. Also I was trying to use my Bionic browser while connected and when the computer lost the connection, the browser on the phone closed at the same time, It seems like the phone keeps resetting while connected.
Try the USB cable that came with the Bionic.
