Help Incredible keeps on crashing...

Hey all...My Incredible keeps on crashing, and it's driving me crazy. Its gotten the point where I can barely use my phone anymore, and I seriously want to destroy my phone.

- Its Gaaps, My Browser (ANY broswer), and Google Services Framework that keeps on crashing. Consequently, I also can't send ANY texts whatsoever.

- Its not my ROM...this problem has existed between three different ROMS...from MIUI to Nils to CM7. Currently, I'm rocking CM7.1

- The problem took about a month before it occured on Cm7.1, though it happened within 1-2 weeks of Nils, and I went on Miui for awhile before having the problem happen on me.

- I've tried a lot of things...I've tried completely deleting everyhing in my SD card, flashing different ROMS, turning off sync, clearing the data for Gmail, Calendar, Contacts, Google +, Google Music, Google Services Framework, everything. And while the problem might alleviate it self for a couple of hours at best, the problem will also show up again.

Does ANYBODY know how to fix this problem? It seriously is pissing me off, as my phone is near unusable at this point. I've used an Eris and Droid 2 extensively and never had this problem until I jumped onto the Incredible itself.

If this problem follows me to the Galaxy Nexus, I might have to consider ridding myself of Android completely

Try going into settings>manage apps and clearing cache and data from largest and work your way done. I had the same problem with AOSP roms that I traced to the /data/data partition being too full (see the Low On Space thread on the top of the support subsection. Same bug, just no warning. I'd suggest reading page 12 first.)

if you have root explorer you should be able to go to that partition and check how much space its getting used.
